The ability to use multiple Windows Applications is certainly one of the benefits of using an NOSynth plug-in, but a paid upgrade or version of your favorite Mac application can give you additional perks. Among other things, most Mac-specific applications can run on Nokia ISync Connectors and can even be accessed using the Windows remote control. These advanced compatibility tools can make your life much easier and there are many good, solid applications that can be used with a Mac. They may be free, but you have to do some searching to find them and some may require a subscription or purchase price for full access. It's generally worth it in the end, though, to have a high quality Mac tool at your disposal.
Free versions are available from some websites, and they may be able to offer some limited functionality. Many will just offer a Windows connection to an application. Most won't even offer the program in it's full functionality.
